The Party

The attendees arrived at a house close to a train yard. This particular group of people often enjoyed playing a game called 'Murder in the Dark' at their get-togethers. After one round of the game, the host of the party stood up and announced the 'Main Event' -- a new way of playing Murder in the Dark. Everyone was escorted into the garage, which was pitch black. PITCH BLACK.



Once everyone was inside the dark garage, the music you are hearing right now from the SAW movies began to play. Strings and spiders were hung from the ceiling, and the room was filled with a low-lying fog. The game had one murderer and one detective. The murderer would feel his way around through the dark for people and distinctively squeeze them on the shoulder to kill them. The dead person would then sit down on the floor. If someone stumbled upon a dead person, they would yell "murder in the dark", and the light (a very dim red glow) was turned on and a round of deliberations would begin to try and identify the murderer. The objective of the game was for the murderer to kill the detective.


After a few rounds of the game, the attendees thought the night was drawing to an end. Little did they know...
