The group finally made it back to the garage, where the whole game had started and used the combination code to unlock the case containing the antidote. As they opened the case they were shocked to discover that there were only 3 viles of antidote and a tape with the following message.
"Did I fail to mention? There is only enough antidote for three people, which means some of you will die. Has your outlook on murder changed? Which of you will take the antidote? Most people are so ungrateful to be alive. But not you... But not 'some' of you. Not anymore."Who Lived...?
The group decided to give the antidote to the women who had the most children. However, when Britni had doubts about taking the antidote, Jason snatched it up and downed it.
